If you are a user with login access to the site and / or a creator of posts and you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you sign up to our newsletter, we will hold the personal data you have provided: email (required), plus a name only if you choose to provide it (optional). We will only keep this information for use in administrating the sending of newsletters and information regarding live performances, music releases etc with respect to the artist and related artists, events and performances. In order to facilitate this, we may hold such data indefinitely.
You are able to change these details or unsubscribe at any time by following the links provided in newsletters and / or your original welcome email.
Any data relating to ‘unsubscribed’ users is deleted from the related database regularly in order to maintain its accuracy and ensure your privacy.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username, if any). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
